Taking a short break

DONG DONG DONG QIANG!!! 🍊🍊

Tbh this year's cny was.... not as happening. Mainly cause i think mama ong just completely invest herself in the restaurant and forgot bout the rest of the world. Im not even kidding.... what happened to blasting cny song at 7am in the morning; Forcing each and everyone of us to go back indo and make sure we visitted every relative's house. NONE HAPPENED. In fact, i was the only one that went back, and most of the days were spent at her restaurant... ☹️

Not that its a bad thing. Im happy to be able to visit the place where she spent most her time at. And i can tell shes super happy and proud of what she owns and do now, and happiness x2 when her children is there to watch and see what she has achieved. Im proud of u mama ong !! Tho you are not exactly selling your signature dishes, one day, i hope and dream to open a restaurant named after you that has all your food and pass on generation to generation... so whenever i miss your food, and i wanna tell my future kids, or even grand kids, how i love to eat the food you cook, and they can at least taste or feel it. So i didnt boast about "my mum can cook better" for nth... :') 

 

See!! Im not even kidding about gg there everyday!! I dressed so nicely w that killer heels to bai nian, end up kena dragged to kitchen to help cus it was so busy... so my someone taught its funny and snapped that... i mean me being in the kitchen is funny enough. Whats more dressing like that... 🌝 seriously my mum obv called the wrong person LOL.

 

Nonetheless, it was a great time spending w the folks!!

This lil guy, always so obedient, so positive, san jie love you a long time, my bundle of joy :') his actions sometimes left me so speechless.... like how he would hold my hand and whisper to me not to leave for sg (cause hes afraid of my dad and he doesnt want my dad to know HAHA), or how he would follow me go shopping, manicure, or even massage but never once make a single noise... Oh, especially every morning, he know sleep is important for an insomnia person like me, despite his body clock waking and up at 7am everyday in the morn, he will NEVER EVER wake me up, quietly leave the room and play on his own 😭😭😭 then when i open my eyes, sometimes i caught him playing with himself and just waiting for me to wake up. And when he saw that im awake he would give that cheekiest smile!! 😭😭😭😭 oh god, i cant explain... its too cute and heart warming...... and the anount of food he eats left me speechless too HAHAH oh you, pls grow up a little slower 😢😢😢 how can this little 10yo brings me so much joy since he was born... :')

That was my little break... cant wait for my bigger break 🙁
